Calling all those who lost family or friends in the 9/11 tragedy as well as the entire Charlotte area community to please join us at

The Firefighter Steven Coakley Foundation is presenting the
“Flags of Remembrance”
in honor of all those lost on September 11, 2001.
Please join us on Thursday, September 9th to help place 2,997 flags in the shape of the
Twin Towers in memory of those that were lost on 9/11.
SATURDAY September 11, 2010 – 8:30 am
The Firefighter Steven Coakley Foundation will hold a reflective memorial at the
“Flags of Remembrance” beginning at 8:30 am.
The memorial will consist of the tolling of a bell at prominent times of
8:46, 9:03, 9:45, 10:05, 10:10 & 10:28 along with handing out ribbons and will include a banner to sign for sharing your thoughts.
Come visit and see this powerful tribute.
The “Flags of Remembrance” will be available to visit through Sunday, Sept. 12th.
